1、鐵道(dao)行(xing)(xing)業客(ke)車空調(diao)換(huan)(huan)熱器(qi)(qi)、蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)專(zhuan)用超聲(sheng)波(bo)(bo)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)機(ji)是為鐵路(lu)客(ke)車空調(diao)機(ji)組(zu)各種型(xing)號、規格的換(huan)(huan)熱器(qi)(qi)、蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)專(zhuan)門設計的超聲(sheng)波(bo)(bo)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)機(ji)型(xing)。不銹鋼(gang)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)槽內(nei)兩(liang)端(duan)側(ce)板上部焊有雙(shuang)排導向板和清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)筐定位V形托架,換(huan)(huan)熱器(qi)(qi)、蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)側(ce)臥式裝載在清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)框架內(nei),通過V形定位件(jian)懸掛在清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)槽內(nei)進行(xing)(xing)超聲(sheng)波(bo)(bo)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)。可以同時清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)兩(liang)排換(huan)(huan)熱器(qi)(qi)或者蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi),后(hou)排進行(xing)(xing)超聲(sheng)波(bo)(bo)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi),前(qian)排作為預洗(xi)(xi)(xi)。
槽(cao)(cao)體外壁中(zhong)部(bu)四周加焊(han)加強筋,槽(cao)(cao)體左右板上(shang)部(bu)開有溢水(shui)(shui)口,多余的清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)液和(he)液面浮污可以通過溢水(shui)(shui)口排出(chu)。槽(cao)(cao)內清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)液可通過右槽(cao)(cao)底的兩個排水(shui)(shui)口和(he)大(da)流量球(qiu)閥排放。清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)槽(cao)(cao)后上(shang)部(bu)設置(zhi)有進(jin)水(shui)(shui)口,軟(ruan)管連接(jie)市水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)源補充槽(cao)(cao)內清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)液。七(qi)組側震式超聲波換能器固定安裝在清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)槽(cao)(cao)后外槽(cao)(cao)壁上(shang),高(gao)頻(pin)電纜從槽(cao)(cao)體下部(bu)引出(chu)并連接(jie)到電控柜超聲波發生(sheng)器高(gao)頻(pin)插座。清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)機配置(zhi)高(gao)壓(ya)、大(da)流量水(shui)(shui)泵和(he)高(gao)壓(ya)水(shui)(shui)槍可對工件進(jin)行輔(fu)助高(gao)壓(ya)沖洗(xi)(xi)(xi)。
2、整機組成部分及結構:
整機由不銹鋼清洗槽主體、七組超聲波換能器、七套QBG超聲波發生器、電加熱、溫度自動控制系統、高壓水泵、水槍沖洗裝置、分體式電控柜、不銹鋼門板、不銹鋼型材機架、蒸發器、換熱器清洗框九大部分組成。
