1、鐵道行(xing)業客車(che)空(kong)調(diao)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)(qi)專(zhuan)(zhuan)用(yong)超聲波清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)機是為鐵路客車(che)空(kong)調(diao)機組(zu)各(ge)種型號、規格的換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)(qi)專(zhuan)(zhuan)門設計的超聲波清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)機型。不銹鋼清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)槽內(nei)(nei)兩端(duan)側板上部焊有雙(shuang)排(pai)(pai)導向板和清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)筐(kuang)定位V形托(tuo)架,換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)(qi)側臥式裝(zhuang)載在(zai)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)框(kuang)架內(nei)(nei),通過(guo)V形定位件懸掛(gua)在(zai)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)槽內(nei)(nei)進行(xing)超聲波清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)。可以同時(shi)清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)兩排(pai)(pai)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)或者(zhe)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)(qi),后(hou)排(pai)(pai)進行(xing)超聲波清(qing)洗(xi)(xi),前(qian)排(pai)(pai)作為預(yu)洗(xi)(xi)。
槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)體外壁中部(bu)(bu)四周(zhou)加焊加強筋(jin),槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)體左右板上部(bu)(bu)開有溢水(shui)(shui)(shui)口,多余的(de)(de)清(qing)洗液和(he)液面(mian)浮污可以通(tong)過溢水(shui)(shui)(shui)口排出。槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)內清(qing)洗液可通(tong)過右槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)底(di)的(de)(de)兩個排水(shui)(shui)(shui)口和(he)大流(liu)量(liang)球(qiu)閥排放。清(qing)洗槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)后上部(bu)(bu)設(she)置有進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)口,軟管連接(jie)(jie)市水(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)源補(bu)充槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)內清(qing)洗液。七組側震式超聲(sheng)波(bo)換能(neng)器(qi)固定安(an)裝在清(qing)洗槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)后外槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)壁上,高頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)從槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)體下部(bu)(bu)引出并連接(jie)(jie)到電(dian)(dian)控柜超聲(sheng)波(bo)發生(sheng)器(qi)高頻(pin)插座。清(qing)洗機(ji)配置高壓、大流(liu)量(liang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)和(he)高壓水(shui)(shui)(shui)槍可對工件進(jin)行輔助高壓沖洗。
2、整機組成部(bu)分及結構:
整機由不銹鋼清洗槽主體、七組超聲波換能器、七套QBG超聲波發生器、電加熱、溫度自動控制系統、高壓水泵、水槍沖洗裝置、分體式電控柜、不銹鋼門板、不銹鋼型材機架、蒸發器、換熱器清洗框九大部分組成。
